The UK driving test is too easy. It gives would be drivers, mainly the 17 > 20 age range, no idea of what it's like to handle a car at speed, how to handle a skid, how far it takes to stop at 70mph and so on. External Self-Determination & Decolonisation as the Only Solution The report states unequivocally that external self-determination is the only effective means of guaranteeing the rights of peoples subjected to such structures.
