@JurassicRabbit Dan is gone. Go back to a 20 point scale. It has infinitely more nuance. Proceed to marvel at how quickly people change their tune. Maybe they still think seven is barely "passing", but a 7.5 suddenly becomes Good.

Genuinely asking: what can we do to make even more explicitly clear what a 7 means on our scale.

@TheAndyCortez Your scale is not like IGN. They still use only a 10 point scale. You have a vastly superior 20 point scale. Talk to someone over there.

Too many people think this is like grade school where a 69 and below is a failing grade. 5 is average, 6 is fine/okay, 7 is good, 8 is great. Glad our scale is like IGNs because if a 7 was considered a BARELY passing score (a 70 or a D in school) and 0 to 6.5 meant a failing grade, that's way too much real estate on the scale to grade a bad game. I don't need that many levels to let you know how badly a game is failing. I prefer to have more space on the scale to describe a game I genuinely recommend or enjoy.

@TheAndyCortez @GenePark Whether or not that's what we should expect, please explain why boring quest design, gameplay designed to waste time, can logically be justified in any way. Saying it is standard for an MMO doesn't change it being bad design. It just showcases why MMOs remain wildly unappealing.

@GenePark Yea I don't know about this one. "You should have expected these quests to be ass because this was originally meant to be an MMO". To someone not entrenched in the industry, nothing about the game really says people should expect an MMO experience IMO.

It has been frustrating seeing streamers who have never touched an MMO struggle with Crimson Desert. They get mad about nothing quests like “get two pieces of wood for blacksmith” when that’s very standard. I never had an issue with the quest design. It’s the controls i beef with

@MalcontentRonin @TruthSeekerAdam @Wario64 I think you might be thinking about Miyoo Mini. Anbernic devices have been able to deliver performance at or above PS/N64 since I got into the hobby 4 years ago. Modern releases are much more capable and equally as affordable
