FIRST SESSION COMPLETE | A massive well done to the 1️⃣0️⃣ athletes who absolutely smashed tonight’s interval session in awful weather. The session involved 8 x 400m sprints along the sea wall into wind and everyone can be extremely proud of their efforts tonight! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️
