Yesterday morning, I received a flurry of alarmed messages and phone calls alerting me to an X account that doxxed me. They have shared my name, my husband's pet name, and the city in which I work — none of which I have shared on Twitter/X or on any other public social media

Daniel, quick question to test the logic, This is Joanna Lumley. She was born in Srinagar, Kashmir in 1946 to British parents. Raised in Britain, no Indian ancestry. Is she Indian? By the same standard you applied to Suad Mooge (“born in Ireland without Irish heritage is Irish What else could they be?”)she should be. But we all know she’s British. Birthplace alone doesn’t confer national/ethnic identity when parents and culture say otherwise.

A lot of the angry responses to my post appear to be confused about Irishness. They think it’s only available to people whose families on both sides have lived in Ireland for generations. Those people are certainly Irish but so are many people of Irish heritage who were born abroad. If they have one Irish born grandparent, they are entitled to citizenship. Someone born in Ireland without an Irish heritage but who grows up here is, under our laws, entitled to be Irish. What else could they be. They may never have seen their ancestral homeland. They have been educated in Ireland and been part of our society. The only reason for denying them the right to be Irish would be racism pure & simple, and that is not something most Irish people would go along with, although a noisy minority probably holds such un-Irish views.

‘— What is your nation if I may ask, says the citizen. — Ireland, says Bloom. I was born here. Ireland.’ -James Joyce, Ulysses. Same applies to Suad Mooge, born in Ireland. Same applies rte.ie/entertainment/…

‼️ This Ryan Meats Coolock ad requiring Russian language skills + preferring Polish/Ukrainian applicants is straight-up anti-Irish discrimination. It likely breaches Section 10 of the Employment Equality Acts 1998-2015, which bans job ads that indicate or could reasonably suggest an intention to discriminate on race/nationality grounds. Irish workers deserve fair access to local jobs. Report to ihrec.ie/your-rights/re…

This is a real job listing from Ryan Meats Meat factory in Coolock, Dublin. Posted today. Don't ever let anyone tell you our middle class aren't being replaced. And it's purely to save money. For profit. Boycott this establishment and make others in the actual area aware.

A well-known divisive Muslim cleric was attempting to gaslight Fatima Gunning into accepting that the Dublin Rose Suad Mooge is as Irish as her last night. It's very simple. Suad Mooge has no Irish heritage. She is paper Irish. Her line starts with her parents. Fatima Gunning's mother is Irish. Her line stretches back - presumably - centuries. When Suad Mooge stands in front of Newgrange or Clonmacnoise, she may as well be standing in front of Disneyland Paris. She may have a positive sentiment towards it but it doesn't belong to her on a deep, cultural and identity-forming level. When Fatima Gunning stands in front of Newgrange or Clonmacnoise she may have the same sentiment as Suad Mooge, any Irish person can have fleeting sentiment towards them, but, if she chooses or opens herself up to it, she can feel connected to these monuments in a profound manner. She can feel that they are her - they represent two touchstones in the identity formation process handed down to her through her mother's people over millennia. She can feel the beautiful weight of these monuments and what they represent and all of the centuries of our forebearers who interacted with them, wondered at them, felt inspired by them in a way that only Irish people can feel. They are us. To tourists or paper Irish they are monuments - things to look at. To Irish people, they are identity affirming. It is the same when both walk a landscape where Fatima's mother's people have walked for centuries, endured famine, colonisation, plantation and invasion. Should she be open to it, direct her mind and spirit towards it, Fatima has access to her ancestors. Saud Mooge can simply see a beautiful landscape. Sure she can be inspired artistically etc. but it's not the same. The landscape, the monuments and all of the history and human experiences encapsulated are not part of her. The push by subversive types like the controversial cleric, most in our media landscape and political class to see Fatima Gunning and Suad Mooge as one and the same is part of a deliberate campaign to impose a Khemir Rouge-style Year Zero cultural revolution on Ireland wherein all history, all culture and all identity-formation starts now in the era of mass immigration. For the FDI addicted political class who need open borders to keep their US multinationals staffed, disconnecting the Irish from their roots, landscape and identity helps to break Irish people down into demoralised, identity-confused and atomised units who will accept that they are simply cogs for the FDI economy. For the open-borders left who agree with the FDI addicted globalists that mass immigration is good - albeit for different, ideological reasons - Irish identity in its deepest form must be erased. Today is a good day to go out and claim a monument or landscape. Make it your mnemonic - your personal connection to your people and your nation.

FATIMA GUNNING: Being Irish is more than a passport: The Irish people have every right to discuss the charges that have taken place over the last few years, and should not accept any lecturing from people who have the cheek to try to tell them what their identity means. gript.ie/being-irish-is…

I never said “anyone claiming to be Irish is Irish.” That is false. I was speaking about people born and raised in Ireland who are shaped by its culture, values, and society. Irish genetically and Irish by identity are two different things, and recognising that does not erase or diminish Irish heritage in any way. But Fatima, as usual, prefers putting words in my mouth rather than responding to what I actually said.
