Mohamed Salah told you all in December that people within the club threw him under a bus and his relationship with Arne Slot was completely broken. If you're surprised he as announced that he is leaving then you're naive. It was always on the cards after the club strengthened their backing towards Arne Slot and have continued to strengthen their backing regardless of form, results and performances. I think there as just been a breakdown in relationship between those within the club, the manager and himself because you don't forego a £400K per week contract at Liverpool Football Club with twelve months left on a deal without good reason. Liverpool Football Club as a whole are at a very dangerous crossroads and if order is not restored by the hierarchy (FSG) then it will spiral over the next few years if the wrong choices are made. The decisions the club make over the next few weeks will dictate the next few years. This is how big this summer. We need clarity and transparency from the foofball club over this International Break because there is to uncertainty.

Second striker connector or even playing on the shoulder at times. The way he pinned and spun his marker is not talked about enough — one of his most underrated skills although still world class. The weight of pass for the underlapping RB or to the RCM making a run beyond the defender or even the back post curler — all part of his creative armoury. Record-breaking goals and hunger to carry his team. Promising the fans the big trophies and delivering and more! Setting an example in training, posting late night snaps from the gym for years, and on top of all that — the perfect family man & ambassador for Liverpool Football Club. Replacing Mohamed Salah is impossible. #LFC 👑❤️

Humble request to fans, while a lot of people want Slot out, including myself. But, lets respect Mo Salah's decision, he deserves that as a bare minimum and not blame it on Slot. IMO, its nothing to do with Slot and kinda shows Salah in bad light. You'll never walk alone Mo!

@JoshLFC1909 Mutual agreement. FSG get the insane wages off the books, Salah gets future fee as a signing bonus from his next club. Probably driven by Salah not wanting to be sold (listen to his December interview again), and this is the resulting win-win solution.
