You don’t need to be a yogi to use certain poses for your benefit. Some poses are not taught because you already know them. It is just a matter of remembering them & mindfully using them for your own benefit without thinking of them as Yoga poses…🧘🏾‍♀️✨

Most times, I hate how we “deity’fy” iDlozi. & I mean the latest Dlozi that passes the gift/mandate/iskhwama to you…in such an absolute way. Saying things like “uMkhulu says” & then going to disregard any other advise/knowledge that was painstakingly developed through the ages.
