One of the biggest takeaways for me was capacity expansion. It has overlooked upside because the new $CLPT Advanced Laboratories facility is operating at just 20% utilization and hasn’t even taken over the full first floor of its three-story building. Strong institutional signal for $CLPT! Hedge fund ownership hit all-time highs ending 2025: total shares held crossed 11M+ and the number of hedge fund holders also peaked at record levels. Clear acceleration from 2023-YTD shows smart money building conviction in the neuro ecosystem, IRRAS integration, and cell/gene therapy upside (despite short-term guidance noise). Very bullish setup! 📈

Fair point on lowered guidance and no hard breakeven timeline - However, IRRAS integration (closed Nov '25) did drive higher op ex (+21% FY, including severance/professional fees), one-time liability paydowns (approx. $8M non-recurring), and Europe strategy reset, all of which tightened the near-term outlook. Things only looking up from here! Especially with IRRAS taking off. Remember, Q4 only saw approx. $1.2M partial IRRAS revenue (not full run-rate), so 2026 ramps that in meaningfully.

This is the man of integrity, truth and all that is right with science???? The guy didn’t even have the balls to go listen to Uniqure and the patient advocate. He basically just said f u to the 48000 signatures. You can’t take anyone seriously in the scientific community if they aren’t even going to look at the science or hear it out. Prasad should be ashamed of himself and any of his supporters should bow their heads in shame to atone for defending his despicable behavior. A truly vile human with no backbone. You could at least respect a man that shows up and hears your argument but this guy has such little class and integrity that he didn’t even have the guts to show up. Truly pathetic.

My letter to the @SenateAging, @SenRickScott, @SenGillibrand on the FDA's recent FDA's handling of AMT-130 for Huntington's disease. The same day the FDA called it a 'failed product', the UK Government officially called it a breakthrough. The HD community deserves better.
