This round re-solidifies my beliefs that VIT play way too corporate. When you deviate away from your natural instincts to follow an order, you are going be far less likely to win any fight, that is true for your literal positioning on the map not being ready, that is true anytime you are walking making forward progress during a time where they could swing, and what people miss is that you are fully taken out of a state of readiness mentally when all of these comms are happening and you gotta just listen. There are 100% moments in every single game that need to look like this, but watching VIT just do set gameplans and then have the worst micro / intuitive reactions because of how forcing the call is means they do this way too much and need to fix the system, even in preset ideas the same mistakes occur. They DRONE A main after seeing 3-4 people facing mid that is NOOB valorant, not only is the A site reaction obvious the plan AFTER you get site control is what will determine the round, but they do not even have a plan for that. A world class team reacts A without saying a single word or overcooking and then focuses on the winning idea on how they intend to fight against a 4 person flood, maybe first timing thru left side wall, maybe deep wall IDK. But overcooking simple ideas in the round needing to do 45 seconds of micro to B split or react A is a problem. Focus on the winning ideas and small things not micro on a simple call, also if ur gonna micro use IRL names and assign them what they are supposed to do so it gets understood 10x easier. "Yo guys listen, everyone start going back towards middle we are going to fake market split into top mid B, larry shoot door 1 hp and then trevor bob and ryan all go top mid to B after he breaks door wait for them to be top mid" u say IRL names to get attention assign each player the role if u wanna micro them to this extent but even then it should not be a super common thing to fall back on a turbo micro mid round on what should be a pre designed pistol with clear options. TLDR: -The more corporate you play in the "easy" part of the round, the worse you will be against some of the best teams taking timings. -If you want to micro, you cannot be vague in your call, if you have dead time first start moving players where they need to be, then say the general idea, then say each players name and what they should do. Sounds like alot but its what you do during the deadtime while they are starting to leave A, this would be easy to call in 7-9 seconds no problem. -VIT play like valorant is a 9-5 and they got set tasks or something, its like im watching a scrim where the IGL says we need to practice these 4 strats today guys we do them NO MATTER WHAT, just walk around the map in 2 groups of 2 with no comms and VIT win champs GG
