Nah you acting like sentence is guaranteed, if Yuji for example just denied everything from the start he would have not gotten any sentence and would defeat Higuruma easily. For example if you used domain to a kid Judgeman would be less punishing towards a minor etc, its regular laws and basically regular court with Higuruma having advantage only in actually being certified lawyer and knowing certain evidence

He has RCT, he was holding back against Megumi (Reggie said after Takaba started embarassing him that he wont hold back now, meaning he was before), and Megumi never actually tanked them point blank, he would have died or atleast be gravely injured if Takaba didnt block his tooth coming right at him. I doubt that Hazenoki can tank bird strike, but 4vs1 they easily beat Mei Mei. Without Bird strike mei mei loses with no chance of beating him, Nanami also loses to Hazenoki alone.

Asking to go to a bar together is not inherently flirting, and seeing pole dancer does not inherently mean she is attracted to them , especially in vypers case. It’s headcanon if you interpret it as something it was never stated to be. If developer did say something like that then i guess it would make it canon? Though I am not sure on validity of any confirmation I am not familiar with any developers.
