Returning to his Heian form did not recover his CT, bring back his RCT or make him much stronger besides being physically bigger, it just healed him. They fought a MORE recovered version. Especially after BF.

Yuji already is way better with barriers than megumi was at that point. PLUS a domain isn’t an instant win condition especially to a high level like Yuji.
