Do not order from @Debenhams No point in ordering if you want to return. Make you wait over a month for a refund and continuously tell you it is processing and need to wait 14 days and then days even if you have been waiting over a month.

@Debenhams Good luck to you if ANYTHING should go wrong with an order & you need a refund. Be prepared to wait for weeks & if you have the guts to chase this, you will repeat & repeat & repeat the information & come away with no new info! I will NEVER order with them again!! 🤡🤡
@Debenhams Can you explain the delay with refunds? When purchasing, payment is taken immediately so returns should be the same. It is now 12 working days since you received the items I sent. I’m sure you hope customers forget about returns as it happens each time!
@Debenhams I contacted your customer service team last Wednesday about an order that was due for delivery last Tuesday and NO ONE has come back to me. It was for £89.99 so not a tiny amount, I am disgusted. XDP are the worst delivery company going - why do you use?
@Debenhams I placed an order today using the free next day delivery code advertised on the website & the confirmation email said 5-7 working days. I’ve queried this & been told yes delivery n/week but I’m not here. That’s why I ordered it for tomorrow. Surely you can intervene?

Trying to help you here @Debenhams but you make it really difficult. None of your comms channels are working. You don't have live chat and no phone line.
Your online card payment tool isn't working so people can't buy prom you. I had to switch to GPay. Not ideal.
@Debenhams how long from items being received back does it take for a refund? Postage tracking shows items were received 5 days ago but I haven’t had any notification yet that they’ve been received or any estimate on when I’ll be receiving a refund. Thanks.
@Debenhams - is anyone having issues with their website? Taking orders, charging for postage then refunding the original amount without postage (as they say out of stock), while still have item up for sale #ScamWarning
