Stop building automations around guesswork.
Build around one repeated action.
Example: When a lead books a call in GoHighLevel:
- add to Airtable
- send Slack alert
- create Notion task
- tag source
- start follow-up if no-show
That one flow removes 5 manual steps. It's as basic as it can get

We fixed a broken workflow in 20 mins, for an e-comm agency
It was causing 14 missed task assignments a week.
Simple issue: No approval step before build.
So we changed the process:
1. map the exact trigger
2. define the owner
3. confirm the output
4. only then build in n8n Fewer revisions.
4. only then build in n8n, Fewer revisions. ems,
Want the approval checklist?

@rxhit05 Passion for product is seen in marketing. If you spend all your time building it, how will u market it?

Here, the client reached out this morning, saying that "I used up all my limit till Friday with Claude in just one presentation of 10 slides. - Am I doing something wrong?"
Short answer: yes.
Not the tool.
The usage.
We fixed it by:
- optimising prompts in a structure, giving it smaller steps but less number of prompts in the chat
- removing repeated context
- using the right model for the task
- Also, turn of research and web search for the tasks that don't require it
Same output.
~30% less usage

@Manavv2305 Solid pattern. Pro tip: pair the Google Drive node (Create Folder operation) with a Google Drive Trigger on that folder. Any file dropped triggers the next step automatically. No polling needed.

Here's the simplest client onboarding flow one can build in n8n:
1. New client pays
2. n8n creates their folder in Google Drive
3. Airtable adds them to the client board
4. Slack posts the handoff
5. Typeform sends the intake form
6. GoHighLevel starts the welcome sequence.
That removes 20–30 mins per client min.
Want me help you with the n8n template?

@NickAbraham12 Looks like you’re giving away the $100 in the email itself

In the last couple of Audits we've done, we've idenitfied only 1 thing.
Everyone who claims things are busy, they actually aren't. It's just scattered.
The real problem is most teams are switching between:
Gmail, Slack, Notion, Airtable, GoHighLevel and 17 open tabs.
Nothing feels broken. So they ignore it.
Then the work piles up. And every task takes 3 times longer.
The fix is not motivation.
It's one workflow with one owner.

Last week on our monthly strategy calls, one of our e-comm agency client was losing 12-15 warm leads a week.
All because replies were in Gmail, Notion, and Slack
We built an n8n flow:
- form submit in Typeform
- lead goes into Airtable
- Slack alert goes to the VA
- follow-up task gets created in GoHighLevel
- no reply in 24 hours triggers a second touch
Result: 42 mins saved/day and the lead leakage has stopped, I'll share the improvement lead conversion rate as well after 10-14 days or so
