The frustration of dealing with some estate agents 😡 Why can’t I get the good ones to deal with. I suppose, if they were paid more and the entry requirement wasn’t being able to spell your own name then the standards would be higher.

@MancusoProperty The problem isn't what has to be done but finding the people who know what has to be done and how to do it and listening to them until the job is done. Right now they are taking advice from people who've sat on a sofa in the showroom rather than people who've built one before

@JustEricWalker you'll know or have an opinion. The abolition of section 21, is it legally wrong? How is it possible to remove the notice to end a contract to occupy a home for a fixed, short term? Isn't that changing assured shorthold tenancies into assured tenancies

CONGRATULATIONS TO “BUD” CRAWFORD FOR HIS HOF PERFORMANCE & CAREER—but—in the immediate post fight commentary, the lead (American) broadcaster said, “…Crawford has made boxing history…the only man to be a 2 division undisputed world champion” I’m sure he meant in the 4 belt (aka “alphabet”) era but many fans will be misled as he didn’t clarify! There have been many multi division “undisputed” world champions. To name a few, Holyfield, Griffith, Basilio, Sugar Ray Robinson and Henry Armstrong (3 divisions at the same time). Its a great career accomplishment for Crawford regardless as the promoters & (too many) commissions have been screwing fighters and fans out of having legitimate fully recognized champions with bullshit mandatories and rankings that don’t recognize each other’s title holders while recognizing and ranking connected promoters unworthy fighters!

At last. Fair play @ConorNigel you stood by the truth and came out the other side. Could have easily crumbled under the pressure to just resume your career but didn’t. Can’t wait to see you back out there. Feel sorry for whoever gets in that ring with you next 😂

@Robert_May_ Agreed. That’s the issue, I agree with the cause but not the method to which they are trying to address it when doing this. Probably the same as many of the people they are effecting when they do as they do.
