@AngelaStewartGT I think there are several really great subjects for this: Science, Social Studies, and Reading. Science for earth changes, climate, etc. Social Studies for how the US/World has changed due to events. Reading for how language has evolved and subject material.

@AngelaStewartGT We talk about multiple perspectives in Social Studies. Hopefully they see how it is okay for people to have different opinions. We try to see how everyone can have an opinion and if we disagree, we need to do so in a respectful manner. Students can see this in class discussions.

@AngelaStewartGT I love to use texting story in my classroom. It works wonders for seeing different perspectives when you make students write in a different perspective. I then show the texting stories to the class and some people see the light go on when they see what their classmates said.
