Last week I got the best news ever - I got accepted into @HackerResidency 🥳 4 months ago I had 650 followers. No MRR. No traction. Nothing. I remember seeing indie hackers in the villa thinking: that looks insanely cool. I would love to be there one day. Now, a few months later: → 10x the followers → 3,350+ users on my freemium SaaS → $170+ MRR (not much but working on that) 💪 → Biggest drive than ever to grow this way more → Anddd... got accepted into the residency🥹 Can’t wait to meet the other incredible founders, learn from them, and ship alongside them 🚀 So grateful and happy for this opportunity 🤩

I just got engaged and already regret it. 2,5 years ago I met my now fiancee for the first time. Up to this point I was a extremly depressed guy: • severe acne all over my face • not knowing my purpose in life (gaming 24/7) • about to finish a 5 year engineering degree i hated I pretty much gave up. On love, my body, my future. Aka. myself. But on July 23rd 2023, when I first saw her in front of me, I don't even know how to explain... It immediately worked out. We walked for 3 hours straight, chit chatting the entire time. It was like I wore black-'n-white glasses the entire time. But she ripped them right off and put new glasses on my face that 10Xed the color grading in life I haven't had in a long time. Life got exciting again. Love filled my chest (and balls). And I finally had sth to look forward to. I even got the encouragement to start my own business. And now I'm here. In a winter chalet, engaged, planning to move countries and scaling Clario. But after all I regret the engagement... I regret I didn't propose earlier to my beautiful fiancee. - Michael K.
