Today, we had a Mapathon with @osmuganda to map Green spaces and trees in Kampala - Uganda. It was an interesting session as we collaboratively map these green spaces. Thanks to @micheal_kaluba for shairing with us. We were using JOSM to map those green spaces and trees. 👨🏻‍💻👩‍💻🌍

@MandiaLeonard @Geotetanzania @SokoineU @youthmappers You can add the lowest geographical level polygons heatmap by pop density,or even settlememts to add more value to them map. With that, it can be useful for planning purposes.

@MandiaLeonard @Geotetanzania @SokoineU @youthmappers Well, but the scale used does not correspond to the grid added, N,E coordinates are the one correspond to your scale , readability is not good in such case try to consider cartographic principles it will sound good, background is colour used is also confusing, 🙏

@MandiaLeonard @Geotetanzania Good map. But your scale and your grids aren't of better choice. You can't have a degrees grid and a rule scale unless you show how to convert.
