@British_Airways Liz, I have been on 5 trips in the last 12 months and I have had no delays, this is the first BA flight in 12 mths and it is delayed. You must be looking at your stats and trying to fix this?! The staff at Heathrow are not helping the situation, a sharp manor with no empathy.

Well it’s been 12 months that I have avoided using @British_Airways as the reliability of the service in 2024 was so poor. Today I made the mistake of booking onto @British_Airways flight and no surprise it’s delayed!! 🙄
