On Tuesday, April 28, at 4:18 PM, CSPD received a robbery call for service at Target, involving a person stealing items and threatening to use pepper spray and a firearm on an employee. As patrol officers were responding, detectives in the RTCC launched a drone to monitor the situation. At 4:25 PM, the drone operator radioed patrol officers that they had located a person matching the description and was able to monitor their location until officers arrived at 4:34 PM
