does anyone know a good app to learn croatian? i can pick up some words fairly well so want to take it on as i genuinely believe it’s a language i could grasp xx

что мне нравится в изучении греческого это то, что он достаточно challenging для меня чтобы не как с португальским просто начать слушать подкасты и читать книги и так заговорить но не настолько отличающийся чтобы как с японским за два месяца только начать читать

@cobbaltt You have to shift to get them! Or long press. Btw, for an anglo, is there a dravidian language that is most approachable? I have no preference which… it just bothers me I’ve never even tried one yet! (I think Mango Languages does offer the big Dravidian languages actually)

@gem1ny Check with your area’s library system. Here we have multiple language learning options that are free. Mango Language Learning and another one that is slipping my mind rn, and they’re conversation/application based rather than games.

I'm excited to learn some Farsi (Persian) to connect with my gf's family and culture, but was surprised to see that Duolingo doesn't offer a course for it, a language spoken by 110 million people worldwide. But good thing they have Klingon and High Valyrian 😅 🫡
