@Maniaqx0

if your grandma can't use it, we still need to build building mental models for web3 mass adoption focus on wallets, UX, mass adoption

@InaGarra Distribution rarely comes from nowhere, it’s usually earned through repeated visibility.

The"build in public" thing gets cringe sometimes but the underlying idea is right: -> showing your work creates trust -> trust creates community -> community creates distribution. It's a flywheel, most people skip the first step because they're scared of being wrong publicly.

@zksync is making a genuinely interesting move with its "elastic chain" vision, basically a network of ZK-powered chains sharing the same security and settlement layer. It is an ambitious architecture and the execution is what matters now!

There's something deeply satisfying about watching a protocol you researched six months ago start showing up in mainstream media. Not for the credit. Just because the thesis held.

The projects that survive bear markets are not always the ones with the best tokenomics. They are the ones with a small team that kept shipping. Developer retention is underrated as a signal.

Nothing teaches due diligence faster than spending three hours setting up a node for a project whose team went dark two months ago. Check the GitHub commits before you check the Discord energy. Every single time.

Real-world asset tokenization is the process of taking something physical like real estate, bonds, or commodities and turning ownership of it into a blockchain token. What makes this interesting in 2026 is that major banks are now offering tokenized products.

Today, you can go from 0 to a real web3 product in 90 days. And not a polished vc-backed thing, but something real, you need: one clear use case, a few people who care, and the willingness to ship ugly. The rest comes from feedback.

@LeoCryptoAsh This is a classic divergence: price vs usage. Long-term, usage usually wins.

Something underappreciated about Ethereum in 2026: - L2 transactions now cost $0.001–$0.05, so down 90%+ from 2023 levels - 32M+ ETH staked, 1M+ active validators $158B+ in stablecoins sitting on Ethereum rails So the price is down but the network is at all-time high usage.

WORLD: the best wallet UX is the one where users never say the word "wallet." they just… use the app. that's the bar. we're not there yet but the path is clear.

@coinbase starts with an excellent base, and they managed to build a product very similar to what we see in Web2 without forcing the Web3 angle in terms of security (without neglecting it in the backend), and it works. That’s why they’re so big 💪
ArkTheFuture@arkthefuture

hot take: the best onboarding UX in crypto rn is Coinbase's. no seed phrase, email login, gasless txs on Base. it's not decentralized but it's real adoption. the tradeoff is worth being honest about.

for me, passkeys + embedded wallets is the combo nobody's talking about enough. biometric auth, no seed phrase, works on mobile. this is what "web3 for normies" actually looks like.

guys, the wallet is the first impression of web3. but now it's like showing up to a job interview and being asked to memorize 12 random words before you're allowed in the building.

@MythsWeb3 Speculation was the killer app by default because nothing else was ready. The real race is who ships the thing that makes a normal person open a wallet for a non-financial reason.

The biggest unsolved problem in web3 rn isn't scalability. It's that normal people have no reason to open a wallet until there's a killer use case that isn't speculation, today, adoption stays niche.

@FlorineDevOne Every normie who tried crypto and left didn't leave because of SEC clarity. They left because it was confusing and stressful, that's the real wall.

hot take: Regulation is not the main blocker for web3 mass adoption, bad UX is. Fix the UX and regulation becomes a solvable legal problem, not an existential one.

I think it's really insane when you see that the most important web3 adoption story of the past year wasn't a web3 product... it was Stripe adding USDC rails! Quietly, but a massive adoption without NFT or no token, just payments that work and without web3 branding.

Today, we're literally rewriting rules that haven't changed in decades. A fintech in Lagos accessing GBP virtual accounts without a UK entity, that's not a product, that's a paradigm shift for me. Thank you so much the onchain tech to makes this real.
Dami.base.eth@Sir_Damilare

One under-served niche in crypto rn is the ability for Fintech apps in emerging markets, without a US entity, to provide US, EU & GBP virtual accounts to their users. Both new startups & companies with Billion-Dollar TVPs are in a queue for this.

100%, this is it! We're not in a hype cycle, we're in a foundation cycle. The teams building infra for agents right now are doing the boring BUT most important work. I really think the payoff is just not visible yet but will be so massive.
Alex Becker 🍊🏆🥇@ZssBecker

So many smart teams in crypto are building the back bone of AI financial infrastructure, compute, energy and privacy. People are down on crypto but it’s literally only way these agents will work in the future at scale. People will make a killing in these when bull comes back.

@LeoCryptoAsh @SafePal 100%, disappear is exactly the right word. An agent doesn't need a wallet, it needs a permission scope. The signing mental model is already outdated for this use case. ERC-7579 is the right direction, just too slow, need to ship more and more!

I think the concept of "wallet" needs to disappear for agents Not be simplified, disappear as we know it, an agent doesn't "sign" anything, it operates with pre-authorized scopes @SafePal and ERC-7579 are moving in this direction. not fast enough yet i think.
