@wembleystadium I see you learned nothing from the debacle that was the Taylor Swift tickets in the accessibility line. Trying for Coldplay today, and same problem. Massive queue on hold - 40 mins so far. Why haven’t you got more team members?!
@ManicSara just replied to your other tweet: Hey Sara, if you're trying for accessible tickets for Coldplay, please see the full contact methods and info here lnk.to/CP25Wembley Our DM's are open too if you have any queries. Thanks ^P
@SJMConcerts Three and half hours now! This is ridiculous. Have they only hit a couple of people in the office when they knew how busy it would be? Not good enough at all.
@ManicSara Sorry you've been waiting for so long, the venue are working through calls as quickly as possible. If you need any other help please drop us a DM. Thanks ^P
@wembleystadium Do you actually have any team members answering the accessibility phone line? TWO HOURS and 10 mins on hold so far! Do you think people with access needs don’t have anything better to do? We do have lives you know.
@_SiobhanMarie@theleannesarah@wembleystadium It’s ridiculous. By the time I got through for Taylor, the tickets they had left were outside my budget. One upset Mum and two upset daughters.
@theleannesarah@ManicSara@wembleystadium I had this for Oasis. It happened a couple of times this morning but managed to get on eventually but I’m no further forward and I’m over an hour in on hold!
@ManicSara Sorry this happened previously! Please continue to stay in the queue, you will reach a callback option when you are further towards the front too. Thanks ^P
@SJMConcerts@theleannesarah There aren’t any! It’s the phone line only (unless you have a text phone). Wembley is useless. Accessibility is meant to make things easier, not make you spend hours in a queue. If I get cut off like I did when I tried to get Taylor tickets I will be furious.
@theleannesarah@wembleystadium I’ve managed to connect after several attempts. The hold music is driving me mad and I’m not risking the callback service. Good luck.
@ManicSara@wembleystadium I'm also having the same issues re accessibility tickets. The queue not moving, and the Wembley phone line just says "cannot connect" even now an hour later. How does anyone even get tickets?
There's got to be a better way than all the students who got 3s in ( for some of whom getting a 3 was a great achievement) opening their envelopes and saying "I failed."
Sick of being part of a broken system that makes 'failures' out of a big percentage of our young people
Self checkouts need to be scrapped. Nobody wants them and they’re impersonal and not much quicker. Good to see @Morrisons realising this. I’ve never met anyone who prefers them and I’ve worked in supermarket. What’s your view?
