Interestingly 9:16 pm to 9:45 - 20 bus with half empty to Perumbakkam - 4 to Siruseri no seats free,few standing - 2 to Kelambakkam, no breathing space - Almost 60 people on share auto to Kelambakkam Why this kolaveri on Kelambakkam? & why this paasam on Perumbakkam? @prabhusean7

In the new buses for MTC under GCC, conductors were from MTC and drivers from the company which operates the buses. In the premium buses launched yesterday, conductor is replaced by an app. This is like Chalo operating buses with BEST in Mumbai. App based booking with confirmed seats. It's a good decision to have pre booked tickets ensuring only those with confirmed seats board the bus. Existing MTC AC services were operated by Anna Nagar and Adyar depots in routes 91 and 570 are moved out? What's the contractual agreement with the operator for these buses on collections?

@MtcChennai @CMOTamilnadu @mkstalin ELCOT is ur initiative. But no bus stand near karapakkam entrance. Existing Dollar bus stand and Karapakkam bus stand both r too far to walk in HOT SUN.

Today I reached Sholinganallur at 9 pm and waited until 9:38 pm, for the bus supposed to come at 9:16 pm; then boarded another bus to travel to Siruseri. @CMOTamilnadu Sir, new Premium MTC bus is a great experience. Problem for IT employees is last mile connectivity from OMR (both Shols Jn. or Karappakam bus stand) to IT Offices. Can this premium bus take a deviation at Shols go inside ELCOT and come out at ELCOT back gate pls.
