@FASTag_NETC @HDFC_Bank CS no dont work. 2 of our old disputes not resolved where double entries charges for single journeys & now #HDFCbank is charging 160Rs for single entry of 100Rs on Sealink for Suv Alcazar. Fastag has illegally eaten 85+85+60 =230Rs in last 2 months @nitin_gadkari

@ManishJainn Hi, we suggest that you contact the customer service desk of the issuing bank to report the double deduction issue. They will review your complaint and based on its merit, raise a chargeback for the duplicate transaction. Thank you.

In the first complaint raised on 19th March, there are double entries charged of 85 Rs x 2 over a single entry. After clear explanation also, they have raised a query for only 42.5 Rs for checking. Ridiculous

@HDFCBank_Cares Fastag at #Sealink needs repair immediately.. Double charging customers even for single entries at nights is a cause of worry. There is no call centre of #HDFCBank where one can call. Ridiculous.
