The US Senate Banking Committee just passed the Clarity Act in a 15-9 bipartisan vote on May 14th, the first wide ranging crypto regulation bill to clear a Senate committee in history. Institutions reacted immediately. Strategy rose 8.16% the same day. Robinhood surged 6.16%. Bitcoin climbed briefly before pulling back to the price it sits on today. Everyone is talking about price and regulation, But here's what actually matters more. Bitcoin already has the strongest monetary properties of anything in existence. Fixed supply. Deepest liquidity. Most secure settlement layer in the industry. Zero unplanned downtime in 15+ years. No single person or government controls it.
