@robbopalmer They put themselves under pressure with allowing big contracts to run down without having recruited previously. The drop offs where always going to happen, we just haven't prepared well enough 🤷🏻‍♂️

US: We'll kill Iranian leaders and send Iranians back to the stone age. Iran: This is an international war crime. US: We don't care as long as you don't accept our horrendous deals. Then Iran shot down a US fighter jet and captured the pilot. US: I expect Iran to treat the captured pilot according to the International human rights law. What about the Iranian Navy ship that was torpedoed in the Indian Ocean by American submarine and the servicemen were allowed to drown?? Don't they have families at home too?? Do you see their hypocrisy?? They don't care about international law but expect you to treat them according to the same law. Nobody can beat the US and Israel in hypocrisy.

The UK controlled Iran's oil for decades getting 84% of the profits. When Iran tried to take it back in 1951 The CIA & MI6 launched a coup. They overthrew democracy, restored the Shah, and secured the oil. That's the real history they don't teach.

🚨Tonda Eckert (Southampton manager) after 2–1 win against Arsenal in the FA Cup quarter-final “We won today because we’re the only team that actually played football. They don’t play—they survive on set pieces, corners, and throw-ins. No real tactics, no identity. And people are calling them Premier League leaders? I still can’t understand it. If they win the league playing like this, it would be a disgrace to football.”

Pressing, endless work rate, tempo, intensity, fight, never say die attitude, togetherness and purposeful football was the Liverpool identity under Jürgen Klopp. It's sadly all gone now. We're back where we were in 2015, expect with a far better squad of players.

One ☝️ thing I have always said in my years in football. A football club is mirror image of the manager and watching my beloved football club it certainly shows with Sot Under Jurgen Klopp it was passion effort and desire no complacency Klopp made sure to go back to study what makes this club tick ✅ 👍 . Which is get the connection of the fans and everyone at the club together as one ☝️. Now look 👀 at us. No connection, no energy We are DONE out here

@DominicKing_DM That belief is gone and everyone can feel it. Klopp's Liverpool never felt dead even when they were losing. This team goes a goal down and the whole stadium deflates. That's not a squad problem. That's a mentality problem. And mentality comes from the top.

For all the talent in this team, there’s zero fight and grit. And you’ll get nowhere without that. Henderson and Milner types are missed. Klopp made players feel 7 ft tall. Slot seemingly turns them into hobbits. Over a year now that we’ve been weak and so easy to beat.

I’ll preface this by saying that I love Mo Salah and will be forever in awe of what he has done for Liverpool and what he means to the club, so before any of Salah FC has a go at me, read that part. Mo leaving at the end of this season is a good thing. This is not a comment on what’s happened off the pitch, I put almost no stock into that. I don’t really care at all about it. The amount of chances squandered by Salah, even just in this game, is nearly incomprehensible for a player of his stature. Using a platforming argument when the chances he’s missing are directly infront of goal or chances he should be using his right foot for, is not tenuous; it’s just flat out wrong. Mo gets chances, he just doesn’t take them. At the end of the day, he’s a 33 year old on 400k a week. We weren’t going to build a team around him. If we’re going to be totally honest, keeping him in the starting lineup so much has probably had a material negative impact on the development of the team as a whole. I’ll never argue that we weren’t overly reliant on him in the past. We were. That’s the issue with playing him as much as we still do. The writing has been on the wall for a while. Many people have juts refused to read it. We haven’t allowed our young players to develop correctly. None of this is to say that losing someone like Mo isn’t going to be a hit, I’m sure with will be. But the sooner we prepare for life with our Mo, the better.

What R U thinking slot, when R U going to walk away, you have turned us from believers to doubters again. All the hard work Klopp put you ruined it in one season. Same goes to Edward and Richard for selling so many players who were needed this season. No depth lost for words.

There is a huge character issue throughout this side. You can dress that up however the fuck you want but any idea that it doesn’t stop at the managers door is fantasy.

City are exposing Liverpool’s shortcomings. Salah is a liability at the moment—he’s doing more harm than good. We’re heading towards a season like ones we haven’t seen in years. And despite all that, the people in charge still think the useless Slot is the perfect manager for the club. What a shambles!

Had a good go for 30mins. Gave away a daft pen. Team imploded. No character in that team. No character in the dugout. An away end and a team that does not believe. Call it.

Think a move back to the Eredivisie is best for Slot this summer. His family is settled there and he prefers working with a smaller squad in a less intense league. Currently, he isn't the right man to take LFC forward imo. His IP & OOP structure isn't at an elite level yet.
