@robbopalmer They put themselves under pressure with allowing big contracts to run down without having recruited previously. The drop offs where always going to happen, we just haven't prepared well enough 🤷🏻♂️

US: We'll kill Iranian leaders and send Iranians back to the stone age.
Iran: This is an international war crime.
US: We don't care as long as you don't accept our horrendous deals.
Then Iran shot down a US fighter jet and captured the pilot.
US: I expect Iran to treat the captured pilot according to the International human rights law.
What about the Iranian Navy ship that was torpedoed in the Indian Ocean by American submarine and the servicemen were allowed to drown?? Don't they have families at home too??
Do you see their hypocrisy?? They don't care about international law but expect you to treat them according to the same law. Nobody can beat the US and Israel in hypocrisy.

🚨Tonda Eckert (Southampton manager) after 2–1 win against Arsenal in the FA Cup quarter-final
“We won today because we’re the only team that actually played football. They don’t play—they survive on set pieces, corners, and throw-ins.
No real tactics, no identity. And people are calling them Premier League leaders? I still can’t understand it.
If they win the league playing like this, it would be a disgrace to football.”

One ☝️ thing I have always said in my years in football.
A football club is mirror image of the manager and watching my beloved football club it certainly shows with Sot
Under Jurgen Klopp it was passion effort and desire no complacency
Klopp made sure to go back to study what makes this club tick ✅ 👍 .
Which is get the connection of the fans and everyone at the club together as one ☝️.
Now look 👀 at us. No connection, no energy
We are DONE out here

@DominicKing_DM That belief is gone and everyone can feel it. Klopp's Liverpool never felt dead even when they were losing. This team goes a goal down and the whole stadium deflates. That's not a squad problem. That's a mentality problem. And mentality comes from the top.

I’ll preface this by saying that I love Mo Salah and will be forever in awe of what he has done for Liverpool and what he means to the club, so before any of Salah FC has a go at me, read that part.
Mo leaving at the end of this season is a good thing. This is not a comment on what’s happened off the pitch, I put almost no stock into that. I don’t really care at all about it. The amount of chances squandered by Salah, even just in this game, is nearly incomprehensible for a player of his stature. Using a platforming argument when the chances he’s missing are directly infront of goal or chances he should be using his right foot for, is not tenuous; it’s just flat out wrong. Mo gets chances, he just doesn’t take them. At the end of the day, he’s a 33 year old on 400k a week. We weren’t going to build a team around him. If we’re going to be totally honest, keeping him in the starting lineup so much has probably had a material negative impact on the development of the team as a whole. I’ll never argue that we weren’t overly reliant on him in the past. We were. That’s the issue with playing him as much as we still do. The writing has been on the wall for a while. Many people have juts refused to read it. We haven’t allowed our young players to develop correctly. None of this is to say that losing someone like Mo isn’t going to be a hit, I’m sure with will be. But the sooner we prepare for life with our Mo, the better.

City are exposing Liverpool’s shortcomings. Salah is a liability at the moment—he’s doing more harm than good. We’re heading towards a season like ones we haven’t seen in years. And despite all that, the people in charge still think the useless Slot is the perfect manager for the club. What a shambles!
