A flight turned tense after a disagreement between two passengers over an extra seat. According to the account shared online, a plus-size traveler had intentionally purchased two seats for the flight. She explained that she wanted enough space to sit comfortably and avoid making other passengers uncomfortable during the journey. But during boarding, the situation quickly changed. A mother traveling with a toddler approached the woman and asked if the child could use the empty seat next to her. The traveler declined, explaining that she had paid for the seat specifically for extra space. The conversation escalated. The mother reportedly complained to a flight attendant, arguing that the seat could be used by her child instead. The passenger then showed both of her boarding passes, proving she had purchased and reserved the extra seat. In the end, the airline allowed the woman to keep the seat she paid for. The toddler was expected to sit on the parent’s lap, which is a common arrangement permitted for very young children on flights. Despite the resolution, the woman later said she felt uncomfortable for the rest of the flight, claiming she received disapproving looks and passive-aggressive comments from other passengers. When the story spread online, it sparked debate. Some people argued that since she paid for the seat, she had every right to keep it. Others believed she should have given it up for the child. The moment turned into another viral discussion about airline etiquette, personal space, and whether paying for something automatically settles the debate.

CNN just fact-checked Chuck Schumer live on air and wrecked him. Schumer claimed the SAVE Act “appeals to only the most fringe element of the MAGA base.” CNN instantly put up the numbers: White Americans: 85% support voter ID Latino Americans: 82% Black Americans: 76% The anchor straight-up said: “Voter ID is NOT controversial in this country. Not by party. Not by race. The vast majority of Americans support it.” Schumer just called 76% of Black Americans, 82% of Latinos, and 85% of Whites “fringe MAGA.” They don’t oppose voter ID because it’s unpopular. They oppose it because it works. Time to nuke the filibuster and pass the SAVE Act.

Darren Bailey has a real path to victory over Pritzker in November, but by no means is it an easy one. He needs to revamp his entire campaign. Southern Illinois is Trump country and already a lock for him. Now he needs to focus on Chicago and the suburbs. He MUST win 4 counties: DuPage County Lake County Will County Kane County This isn’t an insurmountable task. Those 4 counties have been historically red until recent years. He has to drop any and all talk about Trump when he’s campaigning in Northern Illinois. The TDS up there is like spraying a cat with water and SSRI’s. He MUST keep the loss in Cook County UNDER 400-500k votes. He’s guaranteed to lose Cook County, but if it’s a monumental blowout, game over. Although Southern Illinois is guaranteed for him, he MUST get out the vote as much as humanly possible. 60-80% of registered voters in the South MUST show up on Election Day. His message about Pritzker has to focus on the tax/economic impacts his policies have burdened and hindered Illinois residents for the last 8 years. LEAVE THE PRESIDENT OUT OF IT!!! I think it’s definitely plausible and some help from the @GOP war chest wouldn’t hurt either. @DarrenBaileyIL for Governor!
