A prominent influencer, @theskindoctor13, was arrested by the Delhi Police today on a baseless and frivolous case. When the night magistrate gave him bail within 5 hours at 10 PM tonight, it was made clear by the honorable court that he did not do anything wrong. Advocate @RaviSharmaTalks ably assisted by @sidcool2302 appeared on behalf of the influencer. Sources say that the Delhi Police was pulled up by the court and asked who pressured them to carry out the arrest. The case has no legal grounds, none whatsoever. Since 2 pm today, I have been sitting at a police station in Delhi with a young woman to get her FIR filed A serial criminal and notorious illegal arms supplier who is currently in jail, Mohd Fahim, trapped her because his maulvi mama told him that since he cannot go out of India for Haj given his criminal record, he must get a Hindu woman converted to Islam for same ‘sabaab’ to enter jannat (watch her video statement recorded by me) The woman, who is a Hindu from a scheduled caste, has been through a lot in last 4 years: gangrape, threats, force-feeding of cow meat, abuse, trauma and, most recently, threats from his jail cell Statement given. मीडिया के माध्यम से पता चला कि पंजाब में मेरे ख़िलाफ़ अरविंद केजरीवाल जी ने केस दर्ज करवाया है। मेरा अपराध है कि मैंने दो सच बोले थे - 1. पंजाब जैसे संवेदनशील Border State की कमान ऐसे मुख्यमंत्री के हाथ में है जो शराब के नशे में चूर होकर विधानसभा, मंदिर और गुरुद्वारा तक जाते हैं, और नशे की हालत में सरकारी Files साइन करते हैं। पंजाब की जनता को यह जानने का पूरा अधिकार है कि उनकी सरकार होश में चलाई जा रही है या नशे में। 2. जिस दिन पंजाब में 2 Bomb Blasts हुए, पंजाब की मंडियों में किसान परेशान बैठे हैं, 10-12 घंटे के पावर कट रोज़ लग रहे हैं, उस दिन पंजाब के सभी MLAs को ज़बरदस्ती भेड़-बकरियों की तरह भरकर दिल्ली लाया गया। जबकि राष्ट्रपति जी के साथ Appointment सिर्फ़ भगवंत मान जी का था। बाक़ी MLAs धूप में बाहर तख्तियाँ लेकर खड़े रहे और बाद में केजरीवाल जी के दरबार में हाज़िरी लगवाई गई। जिस दिन पंजाब के MLAs को अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों में रहकर सुरक्षा व्यवस्था मज़बूत करनी चाहिए थी, पुलिस-प्रशासन के साथ Coordination करना चाहिए था, जनता को भरोसा देना चाहिए था, उस दिन उनसे दिल्ली में राजनीतिक Drama करवाया गया। कितना दुखद है कि इन MLAs ने पंजाब के 3 करोड़ लोगों का भविष्य दिल्ली से आये Super CM, उनके गुंडे, हारे हुए MLAs के हाथ दे दिया। इन MLAs की क्या हालत है पूरा पंजाब जानता है। मुझपे केस लगाया है कि मैंने ये कहा कि इन MLAs को भेड़-बकरी की तरह दिल्ली लाया गया। मैं पंजाब और पंजाब के लोगों की दिल से बहुत इज़्ज़त करती हूँ। पंजाब गुरुओं की धरती है, शूरवीरों की धरती है।पंजाबी शेर हैं… यह ऐसी कौम है जो कभी किसी के सामने नहीं झुकी। लेकिन आज पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री और MLAs ने दिल्ली के राजनीतिक गुंडों के सामने घुटने टेक दिए हैं। अगर यह भेड़-बकरी जैसा व्यवहार नहीं है, तो फिर क्या है? आज से ठीक 2 साल पहले, इसी दिन अरविंद केजरीवाल जी ने मुझे अपने घर पर पिटवाया था। पिछले 2 सालों में केजरीवाल जी ne पूरी कोशिश ki हैं मुझे ख़त्म करने की।अब एक और झूठे, frivolous case में मुझे फँसाने की कोशिश की जा रही है। मैं साफ़ कहना चाहती हूँ - मैं अरविंद केजरीवाल जी की इन tactics से डरने वाली नहीं हूँ… अरविंद केजरीवाल जी, एक क्या, पंजाब के हर ज़िले में मुझ पर केस कर दीजिए। सीधा जेल में डाल दीजिए। मैं डरने वाली नहीं हूँ। आपको शायद अभी पता नहीं चला कि मैं किस मिट्टी की बनी हूँ। पंजाब में मिलते हैं…
