Accounts are being flagged and suspended by automated systems for triggers that are barely explained, and when people appeal, which is the right thing to do, they are met with silence, generic responses or nothing at all. I have a friend who is a Web3 content creator. He has spent months building his audience, creating original educational content, growing a community from scratch. This account is not a hobby for him, it is how he earns a living. It is his platform, his voice and his source of income. His account has now been suspended twice. Not once. Twice. And both times the appeal process has felt like shouting into an empty room. No proper human review. No real explanation. Just an automated decision that can erase months of genuine work overnight without accountability. I understand that fighting spam and inauthentic behaviour on X is important, nobody disagrees with that. But the current system is catching real people in a net that was built for bots, and then leaving them there with no meaningful way out.
