After the tile fell, I escalated to @livspace’s CRM. Emailed. Asked to speak to their CEO directly. Response? ₹1.25L settlement offer on a ₹18L project where a tile nearly injured my family. I rejected it. This is no longer about money.

(Timeline of delays) @livspace timeline on my project: Nov ’24 → Group created Mar ’25 → Design finally started Mid ’25 → Construction began Jan ’27 (promised 20th) → Handover on 27th Mar ’26 → Tile falls off post handover Every delay needed ME to follow up.

(The promise vs reality) @livspace runs ads with @imVkohli & @AnushkaSharma promising “stress-free, quality interiors.” Reality: I had to chase my own designer for every single update for 17 months. Zero proactive communication. I led my own ₹18L project myself.
