So sat in @RamseyParkHotel and just ordered a #LatteCoffee with an extra shot. Price went from £3.50 to £7.00. To say I was shocked was an understatement. #ExtraShot cancelled 🙄🤔🤣☕. I'll not be doing that again.

I never acknowledge to myself that I'm old. I just don't feel it. I'm not quite Tina Turner, but not too far away either. However, today, I did something that finally forced me to realize without doubt that I'm old.

Lovely. After three years COVID has finally caught me. Since getting sick last night I have a fever, something about the weight of a cat on my chest, painful hands (go figure?!). I’m coughing what feels like tacks and have a resting hr of 84.
