@Gerashchenko_en Since the war in Iran broke out, Ukraine has been increasingly recognized for its advanced anti-drone technology and its potential in the global military defense industry.

Chancellor Merz: we are elevating our bilateral relations with Ukraine to the level of a strategic partnership.
During a joint press-conference with President Zelenskyy, he said:
Our cooperation [with Ukraine] is now more effective, our partnership based on trust is stronger, and our friendship and the bonds between our societies are deeper than ever.
In this regard, it is only logical that we are today elevating our bilateral relations to the level of a strategic partnership, for we want - even more so than in the past - to learn from one another and invest in our shared future.

@anneapplebaum It is beautiful to see Hungarians exercise their democratic right to decide their future without Orbán.

@BohuslavskaKate @Miguel_L71 Péter Magyar’s victory is a victory for Hungary, the EU, Ukraine, and all democratic, freedom-loving nations.

BROWDER: Loss of Orbán is a major body blow for Putin. Orbán was incredibly valuable person for Putin because of how EU is structured. EU can't make decision unless every country in EU is unanimous in making decision.
Viktor Orbán was Putin's guy inside EU. For years, any type of policy that was tough on Russia or would help Ukraine, anything Putin didn't want, he could ask Viktor Orbán to veto.
So, Putin has lost incredibly valuable tool in his fight against the West.

@vonderleyen @AxelAnsorge Orbán’s defeat has put millions of Europeans in a wonderful mood. Just look at Ursula’s face; it says it all!

@Daractenus I hope the Hungarians are smarter than that and won’t believe someone like DT. We will endure two more years, but the Hungarians will suffer for another four.

@ZelenskyyUa @azamatistan Ukraine will never be fooled again by promises. The lesson of Budapest is too significant to ignore.

We cannot simply speak about withdrawing from Donbas as a matter of compromise. Our withdrawal from Donbas would open up opportunities for the Russian Federation to occupy our most fortified territories without losses.
Some people say it would take a year to a year and a half to build new fortifications. But everyone forgets: first and foremost, that is a year and a half. And even if it were less, fortifications in an open field are a completely different matter from those in urban areas. They can never provide equally strong protection.
A withdrawal would give the Russian Federation room for large-scale maneuver. They could advance either toward Kharkiv or toward Dnipro, destroying our cities. And two major cities would be at risk – cities that, incidentally, generate a significant share of our GDP.
So many people have died there… The morale of our army would certainly decline. There would undoubtedly be a rift in society. The army – which would surely not support such steps – on one side, and society on the other. And division within society is precisely what Putin is aiming for.
Moreover, there are currently 200,000 people living in the territories of Donbas that we are defending. Withdrawal does not mean preserving anything. You leave, and without any guarantees, you risk losing everything. And that is a major risk.

Let me give the Democrats the only advice they actually need right now. 👇🏼
Stop the anti-Trump rhetoric. It doesn't work. It has never worked.
Move on!!!
Campaign on renewal.
Reconnect the bottom half of this country back to the social contract.
Talk about:
-jobs training
-better schools
-more food in schools
40 to 50% of kids are showing up hungry and you cannot learn on an empty stomach.
Go back to your roots.
Mario Cuomo got these voters. Lyndon Johnson got these voters. JFK got these voters.
Go back to them and say, we're sorry.
We disconnected from you.
Trump gave you an avatar for your anger.
We're here to give you actual solutions.
Do what Newt Gingrich did in 1994.
Put together a contract with the American Worker.
List every single thing you're going to do for the people who feel most left out.
Make it concrete. Make it a promise. Make them hold you to it.
But if you spend the next two years attacking Trump and waving the Epstein files around, he owns the Department of Justice.
It's his personal law firm now. You will get nowhere.
Focus on the future.
The people who feel left out don't need more outrage.
They need a plan. Give them one.

@BohuslavskaKate He’s the best president in the world. He isn’t afraid to speak his mind because he’s raw, honest, and truthful.

ZELENSKYY: I want American people to understand: we are your allies in Europe. World has no distance anymore — when drones already strike thousands of kilometers.
One, two, three years — drones will strike ten, twenty thousand kilometers. With reactive engines, they will be very cheap. There will be swarms of these drones.
You can’t defend that by yourself. The world has to help countries defend themselves and push the aggressor back. That’s why, i think, Americans need us, and we need the United States.
