@Fred__18 Assolutamente. Il sorpasso subito da Hamilton ha vanificato la strategia che aveva permesso di superare Max con l'undercut. Sicuramente Verstappen ha fatto un gran sorpasso ma Hamilton ha dormito stile Leclerc a Baku nel 2024.

Al di là delle implicazioni successive (bloccato dietro a #Verstappen, gomme posteriori che si bruciano etc), c'è una cosa che mi manda ai matti del sorpasso subito da #Hamilton ieri (e che nessuno davvero dice non so perché): #Piastri doveva fermarsi per primo perché era P1, #Norris era designato al sacrificio in nome delle papaya rules. Questo è come è rientrato l'inglese dopo il primo pit. Lewis è meno di 1 sec dietro a Max, mettetelo 1 sec avanti com'era (e pensate che hanno perso tempo entrambi sia col sorpasso, sia nella battaglia seguente con Lewis che tentava di rimettersi davanti). Hamilton aveva la concreta possibilità di infilarsi tra le due #McLaren, davanti a Norris e dietro a Piastri che era molto più lento tra i due. Era tutta un'altra gara poi. Gran colpo di Max e gran dormita di Lewis, di quelle che pesano. #HungarianGP

@hkhk1_ Sainz should have stopped his battle with Alonso and resume it after Oscar was passed. It's not difficult to understand. The backmarkers can fight for their positions but not when a leading car is right behind them.

In base all’attuale metro di giudizio in merito alle penalità anche per infrazioni banalissime, oggi Sainz meritava minimo un drive through e punti sulla patente. Ha danneggiato il leader della gara favorendo l’overcut di Norris ( al netto dei problemi occorsi sulla McLaren dell’australiano). Brutta azione, disamina peggiore. #F1 #HungaroringGP #Sainz

@ale_a_a_scotti @loca_acm Solo tu hai visto Leclerc più veloce di Hamilton. Sono stati entrambi deludenti perché qui la Ferrari poteva guadagnare tanti punti su Mercedes che non era in gran spolvero e ha avuto Kimi che partiva 7° e Russell sprofondato dopo la partenza. Non andare manco a podio è grave.

@ZBrownCEO Exactly. A race of two halves. Super happy for Lando and for McLaren to be so competitive. On the other hand it's disappointing to lose a podium (and many points) with Oscar. Let's hope at the restart of the season in Holland we will be again competitive for the top spots.🤞

WINNERS in Hungary! Bittersweet day for the team. Mega result for Lando taking our first win of the season and his first as LN1. Tough end to the weekend for Oscar after a great drive, being forced to retire from P3 due to gearbox issues and from what could’ve at least been a double podium for the team. This weekend has shown we’ve made a step in the right direction right before the summer break. Thanks to the team for all their hard work and dedication so far this season, we’ll keep on pushing 🧡

Feel gutted for Oscar. Had an epic lap 1 and put himself in position to win the race and then had such unfortunate luck with Sainz and then the DNF

Great job Lando! Pace was unreal First McLaren win in ages🎉 My head is still gone about Oscar, he was fantastic today. We had a nailed on McLaren 1-2 regardless of the winner but the gearbox and a Williams driver said no 🥲

@dbalder14 Ovviamente l'affidabilità del menga lascia a piedi Piastri e sfuma la doppietta. Onestamente meglio pensare alle vittorie di tappa perché davvero abbiamo troppi problemi di affidabilità (contro ad esempio la Ferrari).
