@Sears @CAllisonJk Guess what! I am also waiting 4 months for a dishwasher install by TNT. They have cancelled 6 appointments. Well, by cancelled I mean not shown up. TNT should be fired.

4 yrs ago we made the mistake of a getting a master service agreement from @Sears costing a couple $100. After 10+ service visits, they decided they needed to replace our dishwasher. For 2+ mth, we’ve been waiting. Tomorrow is 4th scheduled appt where they won’t be delivering it.

@Sears Happy to share the record broadly at this point. 4 months of waiting and 6 cancellations. Part I enjoy most is the cancellations are always no call, no show. Sears subs the install to TNT appliance.

@Sears Hello Sears. 1 week later. New dishwasher has been sitting in kitchen for 6 days. Installer you helped schedule was no show. No call to reschedule. Recap: 4 months since dishwasher was to be replaced under maint agreement. 6 install cancellations

@Sears Help. Dishwasher on maint agreement failed 12/22. Sears agrees to replace under maint agreement. 5 separate cancellations. Still not installed. 3 emails to searscares.com. no response. Maint agreement no good? Happy to share details. 4 mnths!
