After being a victim of fraud at @Citi their team was unwilling to correct a blatant oversight on their part. I have lost all faith and confidence in @Citi and am curious if anyone is particularly fond of who they bank with. Seriously considering moving all my accounts

@AskCiti Once I discovered the incident on my own, the bank is refusing to reimbursed me because it’s outside the 90 day claim window

@AskCiti Thanks for the reply. This is in regards to my checking account. A fraudulent check was cashed, Citi confirmed the check was fraudulent and the check in question had the same check number as a previously cashed legitimate check. This was never flagged by the bank
