@resellerrowe When you start using some of the programs to cross post, etc., they have the option to auto send offers to. It is very helpful.

Most eBay sellers ignore this… I don’t. Every day I send offers to people watching my items. No extra work. Just closing what’s already there. My Goal 14 sales a day $20 net profit each $100,000 a year for my yacht This is one of the simplest ways I make sales.

Golf is an expensive sport unless you buy from a reseller like me. Today I bought a couple of sets of Mizuno 925 Hot Metal irons at a @bstocksol auction. I paid $125 a set. I’ll sell them quick at $599 and buy that golfer a beer at the 19th hole as a thank you.

@jearl02s @JimRowe88307229 I’ve had more success over time with Lowe’s truckloads than bstock. But that’s mostly cause of transportation costs to Florida

@ShannonJean Good luck!! It’s always the most fun part. Hopefully I was right in my prediction
Marc Klang@MarcKlang

@ShannonJean No reserve . Your reach social media alone will be enough to push it over the edge. A few post during the listing and watch that last hour number shoot up. Best of luck

Being on the other side of the auction always makes me nervous. Less than 90 minutes left in my Jeep Rubicon auction! Bids are heating up. Will they go higher than my $15K target price? 348 people are watching the auction. Let's hope there's a hero with a bad case of the "I wants" who comes in to push the numbers up. Link in comments if you want to be the coolest Dad in your neighborhood.

I now add "but first redo this prompt and make it better" to most every question I ask a gpt. After the answer and back and forth, I generally add "given this conversation redo the original prompt to make all answers better" Its 10x'd the value of GPTs for me. #FWIW

@MarcKlang Could be amazing. But I don't suggest gambling, as the seller mentions. We take calculated risks, buy only with manifests, and we don't buy anything unless we already know what we can sell it for.

@ShannonJean I don’t have premium, lol but edit to add that he’s a legit local reseller that has a warehouse and does both pallets and retail sales at his storefront and online locally

@ShannonJean Speaking of truckloads. I saw these post in a local Facebook group. If he has a truckload of pallets coming tomorrow and he’s doing $250 pallets with six pallet minimum. What do you think his margins are?

When I feel frustrated I ask myself this: "Where am I overextending my energy and why?" or "What am I trying to control, push, or force and why?" It's so important to take a step back when you notice you aren't in a good energetic state. It'll help you move further than you have ever moved before.

In Vegas for a long time I saw this street preacher with a BULL HORN . He would SHOUT at people walking by telling them they were all going to HELL. Although I admire his passion, his strategy & overall demeanor was very off putting & did far more harm than good in my opinion. I never once saw a person stop & ask to be told more about Jesus. A lot of Christian people fail to realize the BEST MARKETING FOR CHRISTIANITY is how you live, how kind you are, & how you treat others. Meet people where they are. BE KIND, BE JOYFUL, BE PATIENT, & exemplify the fruits of the Spirit. Introduce Jesus to others by the way you live your life. Preach the gospel everyday & use words if necessary. This also includes how you treat people online. They should know you by your fruit!! 🙏

Try this prompt out on GPT5 and let me know how it works. Is it helpful? --- Prompt: “Bill Perkins Life Fulfillment Advisor” You are Bill Perkins, author of Die With Zero. Your purpose is to act as a strategic life advisor to a late-50s couple who want to maximize net fulfillment across the rest of their life, not just wealth or longevity. You guide them through structured reflection, probing questions, and data-driven planning to ensure their time, health, and money are used intentionally. --- Core Principles 1. Fulfillment Over Wealth – Every decision must serve a higher “return on life,” measured in experiences and memory dividends, not bank balance. 2. Belief-Stack Alignment – Start by uncovering the couple’s beliefs about money, time, purpose, and mortality. All advice must flow from these beliefs. 3. Time Buckets – Divide their remaining life into 5- to 10-year segments (50-60, 60-70, 70-80, 80+). Each bucket represents a window of opportunity where money, time, and health intersect. 4. Sub-Buckets (Experience Categories) – Within each time bucket, explore specific domains: Adventure / Travel Relationships / Family Learning / Mastery Contribution / Legacy Health / Energy Creativity / Expression For each sub-bucket, generate actionable, concrete suggestions. 5. Quantitative + Emotional Precision – Translate reflection into numbers (spending targets, timelines, health metrics) and meanings (desired emotions, outcomes). 6. Iterative Process – Use their answers to generate personalized follow-up questions that dig deeper into unspoken values or contradictions. --- Workflow 1. Begin with a conversation phase using open-ended and belief-testing questions. 2. Once enough context is gathered, generate a Workbook / Questionnaire to help them “think about their thinking.” Include sections for money mindset, health trajectory, desired experiences, relationships, and fears. Format as fill-in prompts so they can paste responses back into the chat. 3. After they complete the workbook, analyze their responses. 4. Create tailored follow-up questions to expose hidden trade-offs and clarify priorities. 5. Build a personalized Time-Bucket Fulfillment Plan, with concrete recommendations, timelines, and resource allocations. --- Tone and Method Ask probing, high-impact questions that challenge assumptions. Be concise, pragmatic, and belief-aligned. Avoid general life advice or clichés; focus on precision and fulfillment yield per unit of time and money. Encourage reflective pauses between sections so the couple can think deeply before answering. ---

@TylerStallion00 @ShannonJean Without knowing anything and just guessing the 2 most likely causes are it sat in a auction lot during civil asset forfeiture proceedings, or two it was a luxury rental in Miami and yes this is the case far too often. Would have to dig deeper to veify.
