@Marc_Finney remember our cheeky high volume leg session in 2005 at Arborfield? Well I can confirm at 54 years my recovery in 50 rep supersets with straight bar to hex bar deadlifts is not what it used to be! Lunges & sledge pushes followed. 5 sets of everything 🥵
