Today marks 19 years since the 7/7 bombings in London.
We remember the 52 people killed and our thoughts are with those who were injured and all affected.
We also pay tribute to our teams and all our emergency service colleagues for their efforts that day.

Today, at Seaward, we were silent for Mike. He is as big a hero of this game as any one.
