*The Zimbabwe freedom charter* We, the people of Zimbabwe, United in our diversity by our common desire for freedom, justice and equality, and our heroic resistance to colonialism, racism and all forms of domination and oppression, by zanu pf in exile and at home on these digital platforms. We declare to everyone and the world. That we start on freedom by freeing the online platform from the abuse of zanupf. We declare we must be free from zanu propaganda online ( we must not be force-fed it) We declare that our numbers as oppressed Zimbabweans online are going to be used as free spaces so as to voice out our suffering. We declare that we will use our traffic as the majority in these platforms to walk away from spaces We demand protection from zanu propaganda and matchstick box tactics that trigger the oppressed people of Zimbabwe online. We declare that we , as oppressed people, will defend oppressed on these online spaces/ platforms We, the oppressed people, declare that we will not gather online rallies for zanupf. As the oppressed people we determine from today not to follow any unjust law designed to suppress freedom for the people of zimbabwe online to express fully their oppression. We will not be silenced anymore.

🔴President Emmerson Mnangagwa has removed Zimbabwe Human Rights Commission chairperson Jessie Majome - days after issuing a statement warning the current constitutional amendments endorse risk concentrating power and weakening judicial independence and institutional accountability - and re-assigned her to the Public Service Commission. Majome is former opposition MP and deputy minister. Her hard-hitting statement highlighted serious concerns regarding both the substance of the amendments and conduct of public hearings held to discuss them.

@Marcie4LOC @ZEZURUROCKSTAR @begottensun Condorcet jury theorem assumes the voter is more likely to make a correct decision. What if the majority are more likely to make the wrong decision. Doesn't that actually support @begottensun and Socrates perspective about sed voter.

Old convo I had with @begottensun aged too well. In Zimbabwe, “democracy” is just a costume worn when convenient, discarded when it’s not. Same people. Same double standards.

It’s a huge mistake that they haven’t activated @acielumumba yet. Sabhuku and a Cave man are NOT going to stop a Matinyarare onslaught 🫵🤣. It’s pure shambles.

@Pachisolife I’m confused that we have unpaid lawyers. Project scope undermined by lack of funding. But we hired cars and booked 5* hotels. I’m trying to understand how these guys can argue about money for these things Why stay in hotels when they have houses and cars in zim.

@Pachisolife I’m shocked. We fight for enlightenment and dangers of materialism. Then we told of hotels sunroofed cars and etc. whilst being nationalist. The expenses on person overrunning the project cost. So how much money was spent on the project. Seems they ate it on materialism.

@Va_Gotora @Pachisolife @vudzijenaj He didn’t answer me. He seems also not aware of amendments 1 and 2. He is asking what they are. And wants 3 4 5 and 6. So you get confused what he knows about amendments past and current attempts

@Pachisolife @Marcie4LOC what I have noticed is @vudzijenaj is clueless on this bill. He doesn't know how this proposed CAB-3 affects the so called indigenous government systems.

@Mohlaodi7 @Am_Blujay @mojalefa_leoli And have you seen the Zimbabwean Ndebeles deny the history of their identity or their Nguni lineage. We have regions in Zimbabwe named after their lineage and them speaking those languages. So what is your issue.

@Marcie4LOC @Am_Blujay @mojalefa_leoli It is whites who called them Zulus. They were never Zulus but Ngunis. Actually the right label is Ngunis not Ndebeles. All these labels Zulud, Ndebele, Xhosa were put by whites

@Mohlaodi7 @Am_Blujay @mojalefa_leoli So what is culturally bizarre about that. Same as I told you the Zulus are also a group created from multiple tribes who lost their identities and languages when they became Zulu. AmaNdebele are also a group of many tribes and nations. They come amaNdebele nation mthwakazi
