Missing the Rust Belt? ARC activity on the surface has receded for now. Time for some rest, maybe take Scrappy for a walk? But stay alert. The Rust Belt never stays quiet for long.

That Deadlock switch is working out pretty well so far. Who would have taught that uploading more than 6 videos per year would be the secret...
Seriously though, it's good to see some growth again, especially with a game that I'm enjoying this much!
Thank you all!🙏
Got into the Deadlock closed alpha mid June and have been absolutely addicted to it since. I finally found my new main game.
Gonna try to make Deadlock guides and make it work on Youtube somehow now that it's public. Will post the first vid in a few days. Wish me luck.
@MarcoStyleNL one thing i noticed about your videos is that you haven't gone over your keybinds, i know a lot of people, myself included, are after there 'perfect' keybinds and like to base it off of other peoples binds - maybe a community post or similar to go over them?
I really need whatever the people that are grinding The First Descendant are smoking.
I've tried to give the game a fair shot but I just can't get myself to play it for more than a few hours in a row.
It is just not a good video game imo.
What am I not seeing here?
@ForceStrategy Yeah I haven't kept up with Nexon games at all to be honest. This feels like their first looter that is really popping off in the west with this model but I could have just missed a bunch of big releases.
@MarcoStyleNL Sure, that's a fair thing to worry about. But this aint new, it's been Nexon's MO for decades. It's just most of their games are way more popular in the East.
But anyone who's played Nexon games before could tell you their up there as the worst in terms of MTX.
@ForceStrategy That is a valid take. The one thing I dislike with that though is if this game 'good enough to get people spending' then that sets a very bad precedent for the rest of the industry.
If it's successful long term, are looters just going to be F2P garbage from here on out?
@MarcoStyleNL It's a new looter shooter and those don't come along too often (as you know). I get why people are playing, but I don't like it.
In typical Nexon fashion, they've made a game that's not the best, but not the worst either. Good enough to get people in the door and spending.
@Lieucas There isn't a single thing about this game that I like.
It's just some poorly executed ideas taken from other games that are patched together in an engine that clearly wasn't designed or optimized for this type of experience.
@MarcoStyleNL Is there anything in particular you don't like?
I'm enjoying it myself, gameplay is fun and I enjoy a grindy game, and the developers seem to actually be listening to people's complaints and adjusting the game based on them
@Veeepy_ Definitely think that this has been in development for a lot longer but it is cool to see that at least on some level the developers are on the same page.
