@Tinia616 If you want to criticize a manager whose fighting to bring us back to a top 4 finish for being reluctant to put in a teenager fine, but Massara has gifted him a fork when it’s a gun fight. You buy players like Vaz when the squad is complete not desperate for quality

@Marco_D Most of the criticism is on massara, nonno and MGMT who believed in him to bring him in and not the coach who has refused to actually give him meaningful minutes. Last two games he's won a penalty (arguably a second not called) got an assist (game tying) and a game winning goal

There’s definitely some potential there in Vaz. An 18 year old coming to a new country, who doesn’t speak the language and to a club with massive pressure at a crucial time of the season can’t be easy. Most of the criticism should be on Massara not him, but he deserves patience

@beurnoirrr @basketf1ufcetc I’m sorry you can see talent or at least glimpses of it and rensch doesn’t pass the test for me. He isn’t a good attacker, passer or even really a defender so I’m not sure what his purpose is

@Marco_D Funny how the goal posts move. With mou - it was to compete for serie a titles. Now it's just get top 4. Gasparini saying that's even hard to do that after hundreds of millions spent...is accepted. Getting pumped for 4 at home to Bologna is now not a sackable offense.

@JudasNumber1 He’s already failed once no need to go for round 2. We were robbed and that set us back big time, but the problem has always been who’s in charge and what they’re allowed to do. Massara and Ghissy have had money to spend but done badly and haven’t gotten rid of the rotten core

The reality is that Sevilla final crushed whatever success he would have had in the league with the CL money that woulda came in. He (and Roma) were robbed of ultimate success at the club that night.

We’ve managed to turn wins into draws and draws into losses. All the warts are coming out now with the bad squad depth, injuries, bad luck and poor mentality. We were ahead against Napoli, Juve and Como, but blew every opportunity and good teams just don’t do that

@TeslaLupo @Marco_D Not a Friedkin problem, besides the Totti/DDR era, this is Roma. Yea there is outlier season here and there but finishing outside the CL is normal.
