@CitizenAppNYC Inwood. Used to be completely Jewish which lead South into Washington Heights. These neighborhoods became sponges for Hispanic migration, the Jews & FBAs bounced. 99% Hispanic - maj Dominican. Just horrible how many NYC historical places are ran down now. Even upper west side.
