I failed at Amazon FBA. I failed at KDP Publishing (haven't made a splash so far). Now I chose content creation. Life is about trying, failing, learning and trying again. Think long-term. Keep failing, keep learning and trust the compounding effect.

Watching a Movie: Watching it with others provides an opportunity to get 5 different view points. Watching Your Shift: Is not like watching a movie. Only ask people who are in the know for their perspective. Those who do not understand your path will only project their fears onto you. They can’t be objective. Love them anyway.

Rhythmic Repetition Promotes: * Regulates the brain: Helps reset your focus through steady motion. * Calms the nervous system: Eases stress by soothing an overstimulated system. * Integrates body and mind: Connects physical movement with mental clarity. * Fosters connection: Creates a feeling of being part of something bigger. * Lifts mood: Reduces stress and boosts your overall mood. * Promotes relaxation: Encourages mental calm and creative flow. Next time you’re stuck, find a rhythm. Whether it’s a walk, a drive, or making a pot of soup, you might find the answers more easily by using this simple tool.

It’s all about rhythm. The repetitive actions— * footsteps on pavement * steady beat of water in the shower * pattern of stoplights along the drive * and the rhythmic chopping of vegetables They help me clear the mental clutter and get into a flow. These activities set my brain into a soothing cadence, creating space for clarity and creativity.

Writers Block? 5 things I did today to help clear, and re-organize my mind · A short walk · A long shower · A 15 minute drive · Chopping veggies · Making soup I literally outlined my article for next weeks post as I made soup – got clear on the points I wanted to make. And decided upon the context. Why does this work? 🧵

Not everything is a priority Not everything is urgent In the Fog of Overwhelm: 1. ID the single most important thing to be done -right now 2. Do it 3. Celebrate that you did it Start again…. 1, 2, 3 Repeat 5x then take a break

“There comes a time in your life, when you walk away from all the drama and people who create it. You surround yourself with people who make you laugh. Forget the bad and focus on the good. Love the people who treat you right, pray for the ones who do not. Life is too short to be anything but happy. Falling down is a part of life, getting back up is living.” ― José N. Harris

No matter how many books I write. The thrill of seeing my book on shelves in my local bookstore never gets old. I am humbled And grateful. Still. When friends told me there was a huge table in the Union Square B&N (NYC) showcasing them I blushed and was embarrassed It’s so silly. But still, I pray that the love that has Being poured into each one helps the person who has bought it. Resiliency Journal: amzn.to/3ybl2n3

Dancing on the Edge of Enlightened✨
I'll try! haha! For me it's been about 1st learning to recognize that there is this constant dialog going on inside my head. Then start to catch myself. And practice quieting the voices. I'm finding they are always fussing about the past or future. So as I'm quieting them it is naturally leaving me in the present.

If you’re willing to slow down enough to see it Art, color, and inspiring imagery are everywhere. The stripes on your pets’ fur, the nearby lake, the texture of your favorite blanket, the flowers on your desk, It can shift your mind. If you’re willing.

Yesterday I went to the Van Gogh exhibit with a friend. Being surrounded by color and beauty shifts me. It offers a different perspective. It lifts my mood.
