California homeowner shows what Democrat let tenants do to their rentals “Tenants don't pay for six months at a time and then they can ttill trash your place” “What are the homeowners supposed to do? How are we supposed to give into this economy when people can do this and get away with it and not pay for months and trash homes? I would like to know answers from up there at the state capital. And if you guys could smell what this thing is like, I'm furious. This is ridiculous.” “I hope this video makes it to everyone that can see it, that can do something for homeowners, because this is ridiculous. We're supposed to pay high taxes. We're supposed to give back, work hard, get our education, buy homes, and for what? So people who don't have the dignity to pay their rent at least 6, 7 months and they still want me to give them 15 days to collect this, that is considered their items. Where is the just for the homeowners that I had to pay all the court and legal fees to be able to evict them to get my home back? Where is the reward for being a good citizen? Where am I supposed to get the money to do all of this? This is ridiculous. California ridiculous.”

Mother left with a ~$70,000 bill for a 15-minute trip to the emergency room for her 6-month-old son. Absolutely insane. CA woman Jessica Farwell says she was forced by doctors to put her son in a helicopter, which ended up costing $90,000. The insanity doesn't end there. After the 15-minute helicopter ride, which was deemed necessary by the doctors because the hospital Farwell went to didn't have a burn unit, she was forced to put her son in an ambulance to get him from the helipad to the hospital. This was a 0.3-mile ride that they charged $10,200 for. The son, Brody, was treated with second-degree burns and was discharged the next day. The entire ordeal came to over $100,000. "You look at the bills, and it's absolutely enraging. We got hit for a $600 waiting fee... there's a fee for it being a nighttime service... there's just every single fee you can think of!" the mother said to ABC 7. Farwell said she was promised by doctors that her insurance would cover the costs. They didn't initially. At first, her insurance wouldn't even cover half of the bill, meaning she would owe nearly $70,000. "I've called the hospital, ambulance company, my insurance numerous times. It's been three years and then they wouldn't listen to me or talk to me. They just kept giving me the runaround..." she said. It wasn't until Farwell went public with ABC 7 that the insurance company finally gave in and waived the fees. Video: ABC 7.

TODAY: Grant Cardone was contacted by FEMA and can CONFIRM the Pacific Palisades is a land grab. Democrats are burying the homeowners in “structural upgrade costs” The crazy part, 3 months ago Adam Carolla predicted this is EXACTLY how Los Angeles would steal the land. He was right “California is a Land Grab. Just informed by FEMA in California if your home was affected by fires and required to spend more than 50% of previous homes value you will be forced to raise the entire property structure to new “flood water” requirements. I will be forced to raise a perfectly good property 3-4 feet at a cost of $40-50M. This will make it impossible for anyone to rebuild adding years to completion. Everything the California govt suggested about coastal approvals, fast tracking etc was a lie.” - Grant Cardone Adam Carolla explains how the Los Angeles, California Coastal Commission is going to require $3-$5 million dollars in ground upgrades to EACH of these Malibu homes lost in the Pacific Palisades fire before rebuilding In simple terms. They’re going to take this land “People need to understand is everything here is on septic. Nothing is on a city sewer system. Every dwelling in Malibu has a separate septic system. And these houses in front, many of them were built in the 40s and the 50s and the 60s, and the codes were almost non existent. So they have septic systems that are in place now that are completely unacceptable in 2025, which when they rebuild, not that they'll rebuild in 2025, (more like) 2055 when they rebuild. And they're going to have to update the septic system, which means Coastal Commission, Ocean Sierra Club, dig it all out. And because of the proximity of the ocean, they're going to have to build seawalls so that erosion won't take their septic system. So they're going to be several million dollars into stuff that's buried in the ground. A seawall not above the ground, but a seawall that's in the ground so that the storm and the erosion can't get to it. New septic system, I mean, they may be $3-$5 million dollars into it before one piece of 2x4 is even put up in terms of framing the new house. Do you know how much bureaucracy, red tape and permits worth of nightmare this is going to be? Because regardless of whatever the mayor says, whatever the governor says about expediting this stuff, a septic system is a septic system. The code is the code, the seawall is the seawall. And they're all going to have to happen.”
