Esto implica que no se debe bajo una política de drogas, asesinar civiles en aguas internacionales, perjudicar los derechos humanos de consumidores o campesinos productores. Desde Perú nos ha llegado la triste noticia del fallecimiento de nuestro amigo Baldomero Cáceres quien fue pionero de las luchas por el reconocimiento de la hoja de coca, denunció el informe de la OMS de los años 50s, cuestionó a la psiquiatría y rechazó la erradicación forzada.

El pasado 8 de julio a nuestra subdirectora la quisieron detener policías de investigación de la fiscalía vulnerando sus derechos humanos. Organizaciones de la Sociedad Civil y personas, firmamos un comunicado donde exigimos a las autoridades se hagan responsables de lo sucedido.
