Wat bei uns het nadeel had dat ziekenhuizen die budgetten gewoon voldeclareerden met whatever daarvoor nodig was. Zodat het landschap uiteindelijk hopeloos vastroestte.
We gaan de komende 20 jaar zien hoe de Duitsers zich daaraan gaan onttrekken. Of niet. /fin

Ingrijpende herziening van Duitse MSZ-landschap en -bekostiging is een feit.
De Länder herverkavelen de huidige 1.700 ziekenhuizen in de komende 2 jaar tot veel minder. Iets dat lijkt op onze IZA-afspraken rond concentratie en deconcentratie. Maar dan aanzienlijk sneller 😬. /1
