@MarioEvon If you feel like doing a blog post on it, I'd definitely read. And if you want to do a healing circle for a small group, lemme know. I'd happily facilitate. We'd use simple tools can we can work solo to dial down the stress & make emotions our friends.

My desire to continue to do medicine has decreased with how increasingly anxious people have become. Managing anxieties is a part of the job, but there has been a significant shift. This is different, but not in a good way.
