@ProjectHemlock @StreamWithMeld It is, so I don't know why they insist on creating and promoting this officially on socials and in their software. In practice this hasn't been enforced, but it's the choice of the broadcaster whether they abide by this or not.

@Fernwytch There is also the possibility that some things will only work if the Stream Deck software is ran as an administrator, but if that was the case the buttons should never have worked originally, and running it as an administrator will probably break a lot of functionality.

@Fernwytch Not sure if you found a solution yet, but you could try this: 1. Back up the profiles. 2. Reinstall the software. 3. Relink all accounts. 4. Import the profiles. If still broken I had an edge case problem fixed by booting into safe mode and then back into normal Windows.

@CaptMcGuffin @S0nicbob Sometimes when spawning we see the green rigged skeleton inside the pirate, but not seen this for skeletons. I've seen skeletons sliding and T-posing with no animations after diving, even keg skeles have invisible kegs until you get a surprise on the floor after killing them.

@MarioVale @S0nicbob Now that I think of, I wonder what animation Skeleton lords have when climbing ladders

The mimic dart is a fun concept, but one with its limitations. So far, we know we can transform to other players, skeletons, skeleton captains and Skeleton Lords. @S0nicbob is there a technical reason for this restriction? Was NPC mimicking part of it once? #SeaOfThieves

@CaptMcGuffin @S0nicbob There must be some inheritance from base actor models, ocean crawlers are probably unique, but skeletons could be identical to players, so animations such as wielding weapons (which skeletons do) or using a bucket might be easier to implement.

@MarioVale @S0nicbob Another thing I thought is that by now at least Ramsey must have a lot of animations associated with his model, but maybe not in the same way as the player character. A dev insight would be amazing to understand the real reason

@CaptMcGuffin @S0nicbob I can't explain Ashen Lords, and it would've been good to mimic other enemies/wildlife. Ashen Lords move slowly, so it's possible animations don't work out easily, but in theory it could be possible. So, yes, it is more nuanced than this, but probably some of the reason.

@MarioVale @S0nicbob That was one possible theory once, but here's the problem, neither Ashen Lords, Ocean Crawlers or phantoms are mimicable. Ashen Lords are the weirdest one because they're just basically fiery Skeleton Lords on the outside. Which is why I think the reason my be more complex.
