@SportsDirect_CS For those who may see this, apparently customer support for sports direct provide zero customer support and don't communicate with their internal teams to resolve customer issues. My order is just going to be stuck in limbo due to incompetence

@SportsDirect_CS I placed an order just over a week ago on 15th May. Was due for delivery today however Fastway won't deliver it because they are missing customs information from you. Your customer support team online told me it was the fault of the courier

@LydiaLunaLuv @BootsUK OK but the products in my tweet are eyeshadow palettes & are included in the lawsuit. We all need to take responsibility to understand what's in the products we use but brands like @BootsUK should be protecting their customers - whether morphe or other brands are problematic

@MarionDWalker @BootsUK only reason Morphe is in this situation is because they didn’t put that these colors are not for use around the eye on their palettes and were being secretive. A lot of other brands use these ingredients too, only difference is Morphe wasn’t upfront about it. This won’t go far.
