Two young cats making it into the 20 MPH club during this last cycle! @starkeytj1 has been chasing this for a few months! Long strides great acceleration! @KyevonMcdonald has flourished in a premiere strength program! Major increases early and often!

Coming out of this last cycle I’m so proud of these football guys! they exceeded expectations! As a team we had 98% of our guys hit their last max for multiple reps in all core lifts! Enjoy the break and get ready to get back to work! BE COMFORTABLE BEING UNCOMFORTABLE!
