@MSCCruisesUSA Still waiting on my Excursions and Cruise to be refunded. I have called was told by customer service can’t access the Excursion history of my bookings done on MSC website. They stated the Accounting Department has to look to see why only one passenger refunded.

Still waiting for my refund from request submitted 3/14/20 for flights that @Fly_Norwegian Cancelled. I DM and got generic response like many others. How isn’t this an automated process of refunding?? Has anyone actually received their refund?!?

@Fly_Norwegian I received an email today asking me to fill out another claim form for my flight that #Norwegianair canceled. I previously Filled out this form for a refund. The new one doesn’t show that option. Your customer service phone number says closed. Please respond.

@Fly_Norwegian Has anyone actually received their refund for a flight Cancelled by #FlyNorwegian? I see they keep saying they are processing but no actual credit. What’s so difficult?

@MSCcruiseUSA @MSCCruises_PR #MSCGrandiosa. Still no response back to original messages other than the generic response below. Website still shows “no change” for April Itineraries. Is MSC waiting cause they don’t want to refund passengers??

No change to website or response to message below from @MSCCruisesUSA. Now EU putting 30 day travel ban on top of all other measures in place. Any updates from @MSCCruisesUSA on the #MSCGrandiosa April itineraries or others that still show “no change”??

@Eurostars @EurostarsHelp I have contacted your hotel through Expedia messaging. I am told your “guidance” doesn’t allow Refunds cause room is non-refundable. How is this possible when due to worldwide travel bans and closures the trip is impossible?

Still no updates from @MSCCruisesUSA on the #MSCGrandiosa and #MSCFantasia April itineraries. Just generic responses. We have checked the website and all others show cancelled/update but not these, still “No Changes”. When will MSC update this information?

@MSCCruisesUSA Yes I’ve looked at the website but asked specifically about the Grandiosa itinerary which seems to be the only one that hasn’t changed when all others have. Is there a reason for this?

@MSCCruisesUSA Any update on the #MSCGrandiosa itineraries for April? The list shows all other cruises cancelled well into April and the Grandiosa no changes for April 5 or any other dates in April.
